Paola Vucemilovic-Grgic
With nearly two decades of experience in the tourism industry, I’ve worked across markets, cultures, and continents—developing, selling, and promoting travel in all its forms. I held senior roles in business & product development, tailor-made travel, sustainability, and represented companies worldwide at trade fairs and industry events. My work has taken me across the globe, giving me deep insight into diverse markets and traveler expectations. I speak four foreign languages and bring strong intercultural understanding to every collaboration. I believe real impact in tourism comes not from scale, but from the stories we help create and the values we carry.
David Symes
For almost 30 years, I've been driven by a simple belief: tourism can, and should, be a powerful force for good. My journey has taken me across continents and through every facet of the industry—from directing destination marketing to shaping strategies for tour operators and consulting for a wide range of organisations. In every role, I've advocated for a "long game" approach, prioritizing sustainable practices and authentic collaboration over chasing quick profits. I wholeheartedly agree with Paola that our work's positive impact is a direct result of the values we and our clients share. This commitment to shared values is the cornerstone of my approach.
